Where are you located?
My office is located at 3455 Polo Road in Winston-Salem, NC. Parking and the entrance are at the rear of the building. Have a seat in the lobby and I will get you at your appointment time.
What are your rates?
The initial intake if $125.00 and lasts 60-75 minutes. For regular sessions I charge $105.00/individual and $115/00/couples for a 55 minute session. I accept credit and debit (via Square) and cash as forms of payments for services.

Can I use my insurance?
I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Humana (non-medicare) insurance. You are responsible for any copay and meeting any insurance deductibles and out of pocket expenses. If you do not have an accepted insurance, you will pay in full each session for services rendered and I will provide you with an itemized receipt that you may be able to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend that you contact the insurance company to educate yourself on your insurance policy benefits for professional counseling.
How many sessions will I need?
Many clients report symptom relief and experience significant healing after one session, however the number of sessions is based upon your own unique needs. Therapy can be short-term (4-8 sessions) for a specific issue or goal or long-term for continued personal growth or to deal with more difficult patterns.
What hours are you available?
I offer weekday appointments in the morning, afternoon and evenings.
Can I contact you via e-mail?
For your own privacy and confidentiality, it is advised that you limit out-of-session contact to phone calls. I have confidential voicemail and return calls within 24 hours.
